Cost Recovery/Cost Containment Services

The National Association of Counties (NACo), in partnership with CCAP and  Cost Control Associates, Inc., is offering cost recovery and reduction services to include review of existing energy and telecom bills with the intent of recovering over-billing and restructuring rate plans to optimize service and cost, and source analysis services to include seeking and comparing alternate service providers and rate plans.  The fees for this program are based on a percentage of cost savings over a defined time period, and there is no fee for this service if no savings are realized.
